Sound Processor

Need an internal sound card with it's own internal processor. Does the Audigy 2 ZS have one?
I'm looking for an inexpensive $30 or less Internal Sound Card that has it's own internal processor. I need a separate Sound Card because using my onboard Nvidia sound drains my system resources. When I am doing a lot of multitasking, using photoshop and Windows Media Player at the same time for example, my CPU gets bogged down and the music skips.
I was doing some research and the Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE from a review I read does not have internal sound processor.
I was also looking at an Audigy 2 ZS Sound Card.
I need to make a decision because I just can't take Music skipping when I am using Photoshop!
any suggestions? I don't really need it for gaming or movies for surround sound. Pretty much just for music.
I am using windows xp on a desktop computer.
thanks
Yes, the 'Z' has a processor in it. And, pcie (X1).
