my western digital 500gb home edition woes?
my western digital 500gb home edition is having problems, it used to work, but now, the led light is not moving and the drive itself isnt detected. im pretty concerned with the data inside, i dont have other backup for it.
Hmmm...sounds like your external harddrive died. There are many companies out there that can retreive the data for you (if it is important). However, the service is quite pricy.
