I have a Yamaha Rx V1800 receiver SOUND SETTINGS?
I have this receiver with Mirage Nanosat speakers. When I watch a blu ray through ps3 on surr decode it goes to PCM. Is this the best audio setting? or what should it be on?
Yes, it is. PS3 converts HD audio formats into PCM and send it via HDMI to receiver. That's why you will never see DTS-HD MA or Dolby True HD on receiver window, but the sound you're hearing is HD.
