ok a put a new head unit in my car but now i get horrible reception on the radio and u please help, is there anything i need 2 buy to fix this problem, if so , what??

There are many answers to this questions, all will depend on the model of the car, and the brand and model of the radio.
Some cars need antenna adapters.
Cars with power antennas need the power antenna wire connected.
Some cars have an external antenna amplifier that needs to be powered up.
Some aftermarket radios really suck at FM reception.
Sometimes the antenna wire comes loose when you install the radio.
