Where can I get a replacement DVD drive & reader unit for a Panasonic SC-PT460 Home Cinema System?
The disc drive in my home cinema system has bust and now will not open. It's been 7 months since the warranty ran out so I can't claim it back. It'll also be fairly costly to repair the fault. I need a spare disc drive and reader unit that includes the two power cables so I can replace the faulty one.
Can anyone recommend a place online that deals in such things?
I've tried ebay and some spare parts sites but nothing so far.
They don't make replacement for players on a home theater in a box. When one item fails you have to replace the system. You can buy a Panasonic blu ray disc player and connect it directly to your tv and then connect an optical cable from the tv to your home theater. It will be more than likely more expensive to repair than buying a new player as I mentioned above. Hope this will help you out.
